If you have been accepted for a campaign and your package has not been shipped:
You must contact the brand through the platform's messaging system because only they can respond to you as they manage the shipments on their end.
If you have already contacted the brand and they are not responding to your messages on the platform's messaging system:
Please reach out to the Influence4You team at email@example.com and inform us of the campaign for which you are facing this issue. This way, we can contact the brand and have them respond to you through the platform's messaging system.
If the deadline is approaching or has passed, and the client has not shipped the package, don't worry, it's not your fault! Please also write to us so that you are not penalized in the campaign 🙂
